Return and Replacement Policy

Because all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong item
However, if Printful makes a mistake, we’ll fix it.
1. Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the issue and the packaging
We will submit the claim to Printful and they will replace the item at no cost.
2. Wrong Items
If the wrong product was shipped, contact us within 7 days. Printful will replace it.
3. Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package was lost in transit, Printful may replace it depending on carrier status. If the carrier marks it “delivered,” Printful typically does not replace the order.
4. Returns
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns to our location or Printful’s facilities.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, which is usually within hours of checkout.
