All merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Because items are printed on demand, slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur.

2. Order Process

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information

• Review your order details before checkout

Once submitted, orders begin production almost immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimated and may vary. Printful handles all packaging and shipment. Once an order leaves their facility, delivery times depend on the carrier.

You will receive tracking when available.

4. Payment

We accept online payments through our third-party processor. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because Printful creates products on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The print is defective

• The wrong item was shipped
